Arad

Arad is a metamorphic limestone, and is quarried in the south. The stone is maroon in color with white veins, and an intense black color combined with white veins, which is not common in Israel.

The raw material undergoes a strict selection process in order to obtain a uniform color without foreign substances. It is a particularly hard stone with low absorption that is suitable for granulite coating of surfaces and walls, floor coverings, and walkways.
