Calcium carbonate is a fine material that is produced by crushing fine-crystal limestone, the quality of which is controlled. Its absorptivity is low and it is very hard.

The chemical structure of the stone allows it be used in many ways as a basic material in the various water industries: in the chemical industry as a basis for fertilizers and as an acid neutralizer, in various water desalination facilities, in the plastic industry, and in other processing industries, such as the glass industry, and more.
